In order to use the simplified logic of workgroups, it must first be activated. Proceed as follows to activate the simplified logic

Activate simplified logic

  1. Click Administration > Configuration > System Configuration .
  2. In the "Global Job Settings" section, select "Workgroups->Workgroup Configuration" and the "Simplified Logic" option.
  3. Click in the function bar.

Result: The simplified logic for working groups is now active. Follow the instructions in the videos to set up a workgroup configuration.
