In ONTRAM, users can mark terminology in the orders during the translation process and send it as a terminology suggestion. Administration allows administrators or users with appropriate permissions to review these suggestions and export them to a terminology management system or assign them to a specific domain.

Managing Terminology Proposals

  1. Click Administration > Terminology > Terminology suggestions.

Result: An overview of all of the proposed terms will be displayed. These proposed terms can be exported from here.

Transfer terminology suggestions to domain

  1. Click Administration > Terminology > Terminology suggestions.
  2. Click on the checkbox in the Selection column for the terms to be transferred or
  3. Click Select all suggestions.
  4. Click on the "Apply selection to a domain" button.

Result: The selected terms are transferred to the corresponding domain.
