Login and access data

By registering in ONTRAM you will get to the start page. Please make sure that you use the supported browsers.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password.

Login

• Enter the address of your ONTRAM instance in the browser.
• Enter user name.
• Enter password.
• Click Log-in.

Result: The ONTRAM start page opens up.

Request new password

• Enter the address of your ONTRAM instance in the browser.
• Click the Forgot password? link.
• Enter user name.
• Enter the e-mail address that is stored in the user profile.
• Click the button Request new password.

Result: A new password will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.

Note: If you enter a different email address you will receive the information that a username with that email address does not exist. If you have forgotten your deposited e-mail address, please contact your known ONTRAM support address.
