Automatization tasks can be used to import, export, and preallocate translation memory in the target language, or to recalculate the statistics.

The automatization tasks can be performed manually or configured in the workflow settings.

TM Comparison The texts of the source language are compared with entries in the translation memory.

Matches from the TM comparison are made available for the target language.

The job statistics are being freshly calculated.

100% TM preallocation, do not overwrite existing contents

Preallocates all target language segments with 100% TM matches with pretranslation from the translation memory. If content already exists in the target language, this content is not overwritten.

TM Update

The translations are exported to the TM database.

Manually perform an automation task

  1. Click Administration > Jobs .
  2. Click on a job group.
  3. Click on a job.
  4. Click on a Job Part.
  5. Click Automation in the toolbar.
  6. Activate one or more automation tasks in the language action area.
  7. Activate one or more target languages in the Language Selection section.
  8. Click Add tasks .

Result: The automation tasks are performed.
