In the billing function, costs for the respective workflow step are recorded. The costs are always entered at handovers.

Depending on the configuration and authorizations, costs can be recorded as time expenditure (minutes), general additional work or based on the amount of text (words/standard lines) in the job.

Capturing costs

  1. Execute handover. Input form for cost capture is displayed.
  2. Select text size or time
  3. When selecting time, enter the effort in minutes.
  4. Optional: enter amount for additional services.
  5. Optional: attach invoice file.

Result: The costs were recorded.
