The ONTRAM module resource management (RMGMT) provides additional project management tools.
The module provides, among other things, an excellent overview of the workload of individual users or work groups. This enables you to quickly and clearly identify the capacities of the project participants and to use them as efficiently as possible.
The Resource Management module offers project managers, coordinators or other controlling roles the option of assigning users to workflow roles based on their current workload in order to optimally utilize the available project participants. The workload of the user is displayed as a colored status.
