Job Costing Profiles

The settlement units (words or standard lines) and the memory bands are defined in the Job costing profile.

  1. Click Administration > Accounting functions > Job costing profiles
  2. In the function bar, choose the point + Create new Job costing profile
  3. Enter a name for the job costing profile
  4. Select billing unit words or standard lines
  5. If standard lines have been selected, please enter the desired number of characters per standard line
  6. Set memory bands (start with the lowest area)
  7. Save profile

Result: The payroll unit (words or standard lines) and the memory bands are defined for the profile.

Edit Job costing profile

  1. Click Administration > Accounting functions > Job costing profiles .
  2. Click on Job costing profiles.
  3. Click next to a job costing profile.
  4. Change name, payroll unit or memory areas.
  5. Click Save Profile.

Result: cost planning profile is edited.

Delete job costing profile

  1. Click Administration > Accounting functions > Cost planning profiles .
  2. Click next to a cost planning profile.
  3. Confirm the security query by clicking OK.

Result: cost planning profile is deleted.

Delete Memory Band

  1. Click Administration > Accounting functions > Cost planning profiles
  2. Click next to a job costing profile.
  3. Click button next to a memory area.
  4. Confirm the security query by clicking OK.

Result: the memory band is deleted
