Under Administration > Configuration > System Configuration - External System - Translation Memory the TM database is connected to ONTRAM.

The URL of the server that manages the translation memory. (TM V3 is an obsolete stand)

The TM configuration is done via Administration > System Configuration - Global Job Settings - Translation Memory Settings

Setting

Description

Number of Segments per Query Specifies how many segments per selected request are transferred to the memory.
No TM import for segments with ID match preallocation If activated, segments, which are preallocated with texts of an ID match, are not overwritten with TM data.
No TM import for segments with previous job preallocation If activated, segments that are preallocated with data from a previous job are not overwritten with TM data.

Online Editor

Description

Inline text formatting: active or inactive In the online editor, if the Active setting is selected, the formatting options Bold, Italic, Underlined, Superscript and Subscript are displayed in the editing bar

Language settings

With this menu item all active languages on the ONTRAM system can be selected via a selection menu.

In addition, the languages for upper and lower case can be selected for the terminology comparison and it can be determined whether the synonym recognition should be activated during the Excel terminology import.
