The translation memory for ONTRAM can be set up and configured In the system configuration.
Project- or job-specific settings are configured via jobs and job groups in the menu under Administration > Jobs .
Within the jobs in the Administration > Jobs menu, automatization tasks can be performed. With these automatization functions, the texts of the current job are compared with entries in the translation memory and are made available, completed translations are transferred to the translation memory, and the TM statistics are updated.
The automatization functions can also automatically be run when the job is created, completed, or handed over. The automated actions can be configured via the workflow editor in the Administration > Workflow menu
