Preview

Previews contain a view of the Job with the current target language entries. A preview can be generated in the Preview/Export menu.

Generating a Preview

1. Click Preview/Export in the job menu.
2. Select a content part from the Preview area.
3. If desired, configure further settings in the Settings column.
4. Click Generate preview .

Result: The files are generated with the selected settings. When generation is completed, a link to the Preview appears at the bottom of the window.

Note: The settings available for the Preview depend on the kind of source document and the Filter profile used when the Job was created.
